Trespassing sign I had made for a buddy

Trespassing sign I had made for a buddy

After reading UNITED STATES v. CARLOSS (2016) when a buddy asked about the legal status of no trespassing signs and law enforcement knock and talks, I had this sign made for him. Is there any supplemental signage or flagging from other case law that hypothetically could benefit a suppression argument against evidence seen while attempting a knock and talk?

I've tweaked my water system a few times recently to address some issues. It's probably a bit hard to follow as all my PEX is white (it was basically free), but I'll try to explain.

Water can be added to the 125 gal fresh water tank two ways, via either the gravity fill, or the city water port. There are 3 valves next to the water tank/pump. A master tank valve (directly off the tank's lower port), a city fill valve (controls flow between city water port and recirculation line), and a dump/exterior bib valve (exits through floor).

The recirculation line currently runs straight from my water heater T&P valve, picks up the city water fill line if open, and flows into the water tank upstream of the pump and strainer (currently a garden hose witches hat strainer between some adapters). This recirculation line was added to conserve water when the T&P valve pops. I'll soon be tying in another line that essentially preheats my shower without wasting any water.

If I want to run city water and not use my 125 gallons, I close my master valve, turn off my pump, and the system pressure is supplied via my city water port.

Ambient water flows three places, the cold water faucet (middle valve behind sink), the bottom of the thermostatic mixing valve (at the front of the cabinet under the sink), and the water heater.

At the water heater a small water pump circulates water up through my diesel stove.

Water from the water heater which can reach 185° flows two places, a separate scalding faucet (left of sink), and the top of the thermostatic mixing valve.

Tempered water from the thermostatic mixing valve flows two places, the hot water faucet (left valve behind sink), and directly to my shower (right valve behind sink).
