23, stage 1 gyno, everytime i take a bath with cold water or when it is cold, my gyno completely disappears. But when warm it comes bigger.

I have been struggling with bb for the past 2 years and had some reactions from people, i was told to brush, i was offered bubble gums several times...

I do everything like flossing, tongue scrapping, but the bb never goes away. I was able to get some tonsil stones out but that never solves the situation.

I have been also struggling with frequent mucus and blocked/stiffed nose Which might be post nasal drip. What do you guys think and how can i get rid of this before it's too late?
