First time getting this in a while

I haven’t gotten the filter in ages and I randomly get it with this completely normal message…?

My app is like glitching

There keeps being server hiccups and crap. Might just be my WiFi but I don’t think so. As well, sometimes when I rewind it goes like ten messages back. It’s quite annoying.
