Astrixify package protection scam

Ordered from PerfumeOnline.ca and paid extra for Astrixify Shipping Protection thinking I’d actually be covered if something went wrong. Huge mistake.

My package was marked as delivered but never showed up. After contacting Astrixify, they basically did everything possible to avoid helping. They kept asking for more information, delaying responses, and ultimately hid behind the courier’s delivery scan to deny the claim entirely.

What’s the point of paying for “shipping protection” if stolen packages aren’t actually covered? It feels like a cash grab added at checkout that gives customers a false sense of security. PerfumeOnline.ca should seriously reconsider partnering with a company that leaves customers stuck with the loss.

Save your money and skip the shipping protection — it doesn’t protect you when you actually need it.
