am i like the only one here that think that I look quite good in the mirror but as soon as like im in school or something in my mind I create this ugly version of myself in my head?? it feels as if the mirror version of me isn’t real and like the way I look in photos, etc is the real way I look to other people? It’s rlly hard to explain.
