WGU Journey! GREAT INVESTMENT!

Hello all I received my confetti and officially graduated on 5/12/26. For context, I started in July 2025 and transferred in about 59 CUs (already having a degree somewhat close to business). During my time at WGU I was able to get an accounting internship at a small bookkeeping/accounting firm where I gained my first experience in accounting. I then was able to utilize my internship experience to interview for a government accounting offer and an offer in industry. Based on my situation, I accepted the position in industry where I would be working under a CPA who is the controller of the company that I believe I can learn a lot from starting 6/1/26. WGU made all of these things possible and I believe you can change your career with confidence through WGU!
