my discord account was disabled .. help

i believe it may have been because i was using a proxy for like 5 minutes, then it suddenly signed me out and i got this email

i’ve made an appeal ticket but nelly replied with some automated message..

but within 5 hours it was turned into a diff category (trust and safety team i believe)

has anyone’s acc been falsely disabled and appealed successfully, how long did It take?
