Looking for an IT role in Fukuoka as a CS fresh graduate from the Philippines

Hello everyone, I just wanted to check if this post goes against any of the subreddit rules. If it does, please let me know and I’ll gladly take it down. Thanks!

Greetings! I'm a fresh graduate from the Philippines with a CS degree and I want to work in Japan, Fukuoka in particular, but literally can't understand and speak conversational Japanese. I only have my 3 month internship under work experience but have made numerous side projects involving LLMs for solving my own problems, although in private repositories in github. One project is even a startup with my classmates and a instructor from college but is still under active development. I'd say my specialty is creating applications with LLM/AI and I'd say I'm quite good at it. But SWE roles are fine as well as I mainly work using AI. Do you think I should still pursue going to Japan even with the lack of experience and japanese speaking skills or is my profile too weak for companies to even consider? I really want to go and experience the culture and life Japan has to offer though🥹
