Horrible staff on Iceland air

Just flew to Iceland with Iceland air, the the staff were by far the rudest I have ever experienced. I bought a tiny suitcase specifically for this airline bc I had heard they cause issues with carry on bags, and they still caused an insane amount of trouble. They started yelling at me when I was boarding the plane to check my carry on because it was “too big” even though it clearly fit the size requirement and all the other passengers had bigger bags than me. I told them I could show that it fit within their requirements and easily placed the bag within the carry on restriction display, but the staff refused to even look at it and just continued making aggressive comments. They told me that if I don’t check in my bag, they’ll call security and get me thrown out of the airport. Every other passenger had much larger bags and was allowed to pass, it felt extremely racially motivated. Then I told them that I already paid for my carry on, and if they wanted to check it in instead even tho it was the correct size, I shouldn’t have to pay for it again. This made them call airport security on me, the security came and heard the situation and told them that I was being perfectly reasonable and they wouldn’t kick me out of the airport because I wasn’t being rude or breaking any rules. Nothing changed their mind, other passengers kept walking in with larger bags, and they literally made me apologize to every single staff member (even those I hadn’t spoken to) before letting me board the plane. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, completely ruined that day of my trip and it was extremely humiliating. I’d heard horror stories like this abt the airline but didn’t think I’d actually experience it myself. What’s the best way to go about filing a complaint to make sure this is known and the people involved are spoken to by admin? I don’t want them to keep doing this to other customers and going on random power trips. Will never touch this Arline again
