Anyone else tried curry leaves for hair? Here's my experience

I was suffering from postpartum hair loss and honestly it was getting really stressful. I visited a dermatologist and she told me that since I'm breastfeeding, there isn't much that can be done treatment-wise right now. She said it would get better with time, but I still wanted to find something that could help.

So I started looking into natural ways to reduce hair fall and improve hair health.

You guys won't believe what actually helped me... curry leaves.

I know this sounds exaggerated, but hear me out 😅

I absolutely hate eating curry leaves. I always pick them out and throw them away because I can't stand the texture. But after reading about the benefits, I decided to give it a try. Chewing them daily was torture for me, so I started making a simple curry leaf juice and drinking it instead.

After a few weeks, I could actually see a difference. My hair fall reduced noticeably and my hair felt healthier overall.

The biggest surprise? My acne also started reducing. I wasn't even expecting that.

Sometimes we keep looking for expensive products and treatments, but a simple ingredient sitting in our kitchen can do wonders.

Just wanted to share this here in case any fellow moms dealing with postpartum hair loss find it helpful. ❤️

P.S. I should mention that I wasn't only drinking curry leaf juice. I also used curry leaves on my scalp as a hair mask before hair wash days. So maybe the combination of both helped! 😊
