Need budget shampoo and haircare recommendations

I've mild oily scalp which has build-up issues after 2 days of wash and then dandruff is not dry flaky but sebum coated like sticky. I need shampoo, conditioner, masks, oil, serums, leavein and everything hair recommendations so that my hair falls stops and my hair feels smooth manageable soft and healthy most importantly. Also I want something that helps with my hair density. Home remedies are also welcome.

I currently use loreal hyalurone range! And dove 10 in 1 peptide strength mask!

How do I stop this hairfall?

This is just hairfall of one day. I have curly hair & i take headbath every 3-4 days. Everytime I have headbath , this is the amount of hair I'm losing. Do you think it's because of stress because I'm under severe stress because of my exams from the past few months. I'm currently taking supplements for vit D and vit B12

F20: Need advice on my thick, wavy, frizzy hair & oily scalp

Hey!
Any tips for improving my hair? It’s thick & wavy. I also have a very oily scalp and I’ve habit of picking at my scalp. I stopped oily my hair years ago because of how greasy it gets 😭😭
I only use L’Oréal Hyaluron pure shampoo.
Any advice or product recommendations, or any routine suggestions would be appreciated!

Went in for a wash and blowout appointment over the weekend and my new stylist recommended taking off some length to take care of split ends. Does it really look that bad that I need to chop? Or a light trim should be fine? Picture is from before the wash and style.

Oily scalp, hair loss combative tips:

I don't want to gatekeep what'sfinally workedfor me in my 30s!

>Saw palmetto 3000 mgs with nettle, and pumpkin oil capsules!!

>- I also get red light treatment on my hair And washing my hair after workouts, even daily if required I am seeing a lot of baby hair on my scalp
- Low breakage
- shampoo type hardly matters, but apply conditioner on your hair strands never on your scalp.

Make sure you :

  1. Wash your hair
  2. get the red light
  3. .apply any serums (I apply the hair serum from Ordinary) Always do the above after washing your hair! Give it 6 months atleast, be consistent.
  4. Remember - Light therapy atleast 3 times a week, and the capsules everyday after your biggest meal.

Tried hair care routine suggested by reddits, it worked

After lot of experiments, today my hair looks moisturized, not greatly but to some extent. My haircare routine: apply jojoba oil/ olive oil, plum coconut peptide shampoo and then fix my curls moisture melting deep conditioning mask, steam for 5-10 mins and cover with shower cap, after rinsing moxie leave in conditioner and fix my curl quenching gel and then diffuse it and apply drop if argan oil.
How to get more difined curls and looks hydrated. My hair doesn’t like protein, it craves for moisture.

This does NOT work me

i’ve heard GREATTT things about the absolut repair but it just does not work for me.
doesn’t give me a good slip, doesn’t condition once washed off, can’t use it as a detangling mask.

i have a lot of hair, very curly and frizzy. the only that works for me is the dove one. do you have any recommendations to make them more moisturised n healthy looking?

Shampoo that won't bald me 💔

Help me in selecting a shampoo for my thin, fine aah hair and also they are frizzyyy. I'm going on a journey to save my hair starting with changing shampoo 😇.

I used to use Love beauty and planet one, at first I thought it worked really well on my hair but after constant 1 year use i realised how damaged it made my hair, it's soo dryyy and doesn't even cleanse scalp properly

After a bit research I got these two options so if anyone who has used to them could give me some advice please

No more split ends!!!!!!!!!

Guysssss few months back one of my biggest problems with my hair was the split ends .. my hair used to be permanently damaged from the ends and oily from scalp .. I've tried a lot of things , tried the hair mask , then changed my oil according to my hair porosity, regular trimming... And I always used to apply oil before washing my hair so I had no idea what I was doing wrong...

Then I saw the sandwich method video , it might be a well known thing for others but I wasn't active on social media so it was the first time I was watching that ... I cut my hair on April 14 , then I started the sandwich method initially inconsistently then consistently . Now it's almost 3 months of doing that and I have no split ends(TOUCHWOOD).... Trust me a few months back it was impossible for me to imagine because I used to get split ends in a few weeks after the cut ...

My hair is still frizzy and all over the place but I'm happy with no split ends 😭😭💕💕

Edit- Sandwich method is - About an hour before washing your hair , dampen your hair and apply conditioner to the ends and fold them till you shower , normally wash your hair and then apply the conditioner again , let it sit and wash and after that when your hair is not fully dry apply hair serum and add few drops of some light weight oil in that and lock the moisture in your ends. That's it!!

Sudden increase in hair fall. Please help me figure this out.

For the past month, my hair fall has increased a lot. I used to lose what I considered a normal amount, but now it's noticeably more every day, especially on hair wash days.

I'm trying to understand what's causing it and what I should change. Are there any products, supplements, or changes to my routine that genuinely helped reduce your hair fall? I'm looking for practical advice before I spend money on random products.

I've added my complete hair care routine, diet, sleep schedule, and lifestyle changes in the comments in case that helps identify the cause. I'd really appreciate any suggestions!

Hair fall query: F33

Hi 33F here, five months post partum my hair has been shedding like crazy. And am so worried, i usually have a full head of almost thick hair all these years. Never had to worry about thinning until now, so you can imagine how scary it feels all of a sudden. Am breastfeeding so i cannot use minoxidil according to google and ChatGPT. I took general blood tests, everything seems to be alright. Will this shedding stop? Anything to help would be appreciated please!!! 🙏
