Looking for dynamic, non-robotic resources and "must-learn-first" topics for a beginner?

I’ve decided to start learning Italian, but I want to avoid the typical "Duolingo or traditional textbook" route. I find those methods a bit too robotic, rigid, and disconnected from how people actually speak in real life. I want to focus more on casual, natural conversations and build a solid, efficient foundation from day one.

Could you recommend apps, websites, or YouTube channels (and playlists) that focus on conversational Italian and practical usage? I'm highly interested in resources that lean towards the "Comprehensible Input" method. (I am especially looking for resources, videos, or visual content that focus on vocabulary building and correct pronunciation from the very start.)

Also, could you recommend high-quality, reliable dictionaries? I'm looking for ones that include audio/pronunciation guides and plenty of contextual example sentences rather than just simple, one-word translations.

Lastly, from your experience, what are the absolute "must-know" or critical topics that are much better to master right at the beginning rather than figuring them out later? Are there specific grammar concepts, foundational structures, or pronunciation habits that I should strictly focus on from day one?
