I don’t use Uber often but it’s been long since I’ve used it and when I try to order a ride, I noticed it wasn’t going through with saying there was an issue with my account. So when I contact Uber support, they said basically I need to submit my ID and then they could uplift the suspension. I submitted my ID but then still they said I’m I’m continuing to violate security security rules and refuses to tell me which ones and won’t release the suspension has anyone got this before? I’m just very confused.
