Stopping Depo after 4 doses, experience on how long until fertile?
The first form of birth control I’d been on was the pill, and was on that for a little over a decade. I stopped once my husband and I decided we wanted to start trying. I tossed my last set of pills end of April and conceived the first week of August. So unsure if how quickly I was able to conceive the first time has an affect.
I got on the shot post baby despite the warnings of bone density issues + that in can take a while post stopping the shot to ovulate again. I’ve dealt with some annoying side effects so decided to stop it for now. Every post I see about length of time to conceive, most people have been on it for years. Has anyone only done a handful of doses then stopped. If so, how long was it until you either a) conceived or b) ovulated again. We aren’t planning to get pregnant again immediately but just curious.
