2019 Kia Optima LX 125K miles

Car wobbles when I hit speeds between 40-60 mph. Does not really shake before that speed and is considerably better once I reach about 65/70 and above. Also, stops when I let off the gas pedal. Needed wheels replaced so I did that and had them balanced. They checked the rims, suspension, etc. and did not find any issues. Am replacing the CV joint on the front driver axel soon. Wheel guy said that it seemed like it could be leaking. If that doesn't fix the issue, is there any other suggestions on what to look for next? Trying to get ahead of the problem and have other plans for troubleshooting. Thank you.
