I’m a derivative asylee (AS8). I filed my I-485 in May 2025 and completed biometrics. I’ve been hearing that USCIS may be conducting more interviews for asylees before approving Green Cards.
For those who were approved recently:
Did USCIS schedule an interview?
If not, was your case approved directly after biometrics/background checks?
Approximately how long did it take from filing to approval?
I’d appreciate hearing recent experiences. Thanks.
