Should I be worried about a couple more head bumps 2 weeks after a possible concussion?

Hi everyone,

I’m not looking for a diagnosis of course, just wondering if anyone has been through something similar.

About 2 weeks ago I hit my head and had symptoms that felt very concussion-like. Right after the hit I was confused/disoriented for a bit, like I needed a moment to understand what had just happened. Once that passed, I started getting this weird head pain/pressure. Then I had a strange “ground dropping” or falling sensation, like I wasn’t steady. After that I got extremely sleepy, to the point where I went straight to bed in my clothes and fell asleep.

I didn’t go to a doctor at the time because honestly, right after it happened, all I wanted was to fall asleep - I couldn’t fight it, and by the next day I felt better(So stupid - I know) The main thing that lingered was light sensitivity, which could also trigger dizziness and nausea.

Three days ago (so two weeks after the 1st hit) I hit my head again, and… the next day, I hit it again. That second bump is the one worrying me, because it was pretty hard and happened from almost the same position as the first concussion-like hit: I was bent over, stood up, and hit the top/left-ish part of my head, so basically an impact from above while standing up.

The pain was really sharp but went away within few minutes, but afterwards I felt a bit off, tired, slightly “drunk,” light sensitive, some eye discomfort, mild pressure that comes and goes, and some nausea/pressure with head movement, stairs, or riding in a car.

No vomiting, no loss of consciousness, no speech issues etc.

My main question is: should I be concerned about these additional bumps, as they happened two weeks after the first concussion-like event? (Unless I’m wrong and concussion symptoms would look completely different?

I’m also wondering if it’s possible for symptoms to show up much later, like weeks later? And has anyone felt relatively okay at first, but then got worse later on?

I know the safest answer is to get checked if symptoms worsen or red flags appear, just want to hear your stories.

Thanks
