Has anyone transitioned despite thinking it wouldn't work?
I'm pretty sure I'm trans (ftm). I've felt this way for going on 6-ish years now, and there was a point where I tried to start transitioning. However, I realized that the thing I really want is a penis and testicles, which having an 'authentic' set of would be impossible. Because of this, I decided I'd rather live life as a cis girl, which makes me less dysphoric than trying to be masculine or androgynous. Basically out of sight out of mind.
Has anyone else had this mindset and transitioned anyway? Did it make you feel better despite the limitations? Was was it like throughout the process, or if you're still going through it, how has it been, and are you looking forward to finishing it? Do you regret it at all?
