I am travelling abroad for a wedding this weekend and have started to panic. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and have made the mistake of looking on TikTok for flying tips and reading women’s experiences of not feeling like they can breathe on the plane.

Feeling breathless is a huge anxiety trigger for me and I already have a fear of flying! anyone experienced this or will I be ok?? My bump is very small and I have not struggled with any breathlessness so far with a low risk pregnancy
