Hi there, posting on behalf of my friend and have a question. My friend was riding in the bike lane and a car pulls in front of her and my friend hits the car. Police were called, there’s a report and we come to find out the motorist filed a claim with their insurance. Now insurance calls my friend asking about injuries and damage to their bike. Is this normal? Seems a bit crazy for the motorist to do this….
