Would boxing be better served to have one instead of the alphabet soup of organizations, and is there anyone that could even make it happen?

My insurance company said I don't meet the standard to have Wegovy covered. I've been paying out of pocket with the discount code from Wegovy. The 1.5 mg and 4 mg pills were $149 a month. Not cheap but doable. I just found out the 9 mg and 25 mg pills are $299 a month even with the discount. Is there a cheaper alternative out there?
