Good day.

I am a professional graphic designer as well as photo editor but absolutely suck at handling a camera. I am currently trying to hire a photographer for a personal project of mine that will involve very stylized editing. I am not going to publish it anywhere, but rather use it to create a custom coffee table book for my home. I always ask upfront whether they would be willing to provide RAW files and explain what I will be using them for, however thus far I have been rejected by every single reputable photographer in the area.

Am I being unreasonable?
