I cannot take it anymore

Memories about beating to vids that my eyes should never see, kept flooding back, i dont want that false burst of dopamine that gives you despair at the end NEVER AGAIN. I cant even sleep properly anymore good thing i have my plush by my side

Every single time i wake up from my sleep even in an afternoon nap i always feel "heavily horny" i suppose and i kept battling it, and it has been going on for a few days now. Is this supposed to be increased testosterone or chaser effect? I need help in preventing this because i cant even wake up peacefully anymore without locking in immediately in order to prevent myself from gooning
