Why not just continue the stream info collision?

I never watch collision usually but these 3 hour bonus episodes seem like a good opportunity to bring people in.but I switched off once the stream went off the air. Any good reason they don't just use the opportunity to fade right into collision to get more people to care about it?

Been on 100mg since around February 16th can I just CT?

I'm sick of not being able to get out bed prior to 10am. I dont have bipolar I just got put on it for sleep in rehab and psychiatrist kept me on it. I don't like the idea of going through another withdrawal. I was considering just weaning off 1/4 pill a week till at 25 and stopping but wondering if it would just be ok to use my gabapentin script for like a week for sleep and get off this stuff?

3 months sober looking to optimize health thoughts on the following?

Tongkat Ali: opiods lower t levels and looking to start weight training at the gym I'm already paying for

NMN curious despite some evidence it doesn't so anything I'll take a 1% gain any day over nothing.

Creatine:seems like a no brainer

Agmatine: looking to wean off caffeine and thinking it might help.

Is it actually worth it?

I've quit everything else wondering if it's worth it to quit caffeine as well? Like will I wake up in the morning and actually feel refreshed? I'm thinking of just weaning off 20mg every 5 days or so till at zero. Is this a decent plan?

Recovering addict/ADHD stack advice?

So I quit 7oh and weed like 3 months ago. I'm looking to quit nicotine tomorrow as well. I am finishing the stack I bought prior now and starting a new one June 1st. I have nac, theanine,d3, multivitamin, lions mane, and triactyluridine, mucuna, and l-tyrosine. The plan for next 2 weeks is just to finish my bacopa up and use nac, mucuna, and tyrosine for next 2 weeks and start the Mr happy stack and switch to low dose naltrexone. I also bought some psilocybin mushrooms. Is there anything else I should add? Or should I just buy groceries? I go to the gym and meditate already. Any advice is appreciated . Just looking to feel genuine happiness again not just flat.

Taper vs CT?

So I just bought 2 tins this morning and the plan is to make them last a week. Then switch to 6 then 4mg gum then eventually 2mg gum and finally buying a bunch of regular gum at dollar tree and alternating with the 2mg till I can jump off with minimum withdrawal. But, I also have a prescription for seroquel and gabapentin thinking that might make cold turkey a bit easier. I would ideally like to jump off on June 1st which would make 30 days off weed and opiods for me. The plan is to basically put what i need for the day in an old tin and leave the rest in the trunk of my car or something. I haven't really been using nicotine very long maybe 4 months or so. Should I just bite the bullet? My job sucks and I plan on getting a new one and I get my PTO back on June 15th so I'm thinking maybe I'll just taper till then and quit when the world cup starts and take 3 days off to watch it and distract myself. I also have ADHD so can't really afford to make stupid mistakes at work. Is this a better ideal than CT? The things are so cheap I see no real reason to rush the taper but, i also want my dopamine functioning as much as possible before I decide whether to get on adhd meds or not

So I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid and ditched my meds after high school. I'm 38 now looking to get on proper medication but want to be clean for awhile first. I was wondering if anything might help rebuild my brain chemistry a bit quicker than just waiting it out. I'm coming off opiods and pot for the most part and also trying to quit nicotine without wanting to die. Any suggestions appreciated.
