Good deal on the Galaxy Watch Ultra or should I wait?

I have the Watch Ultra in my cart for $356.99. Have about $394 in discounts so far. Since I use a Z Fold 7, it fits my setup perfectly.
Is this the best price right now?
Should I check elsewhere or wait?
I am also hesitating because I really want a physical rotating bezel. Do you think it is worth waiting for the next watch just for that?
