Looking for a friendly Discord community where I can volunteer to help with English (NOT self-promo)

Hi everyone!

I'm currently taking a health-related break from work, and I'd love to spend a couple of hours 2-4 times a week volunteering in an English-learning community.

I'm not looking for paid work or students– this genuinely isn't self-promotion. I simply miss teaching and would love to put my ESL experience to good use while I have the time.

Ideally, I'm looking for a friendly, welcoming Discord community where I could help facilitate English learning in different ways– conversation practice, discussion sessions, grammar and vocabulary help, pronunciation, or whatever the community needs most.

I'd also be happy to organize or host English-related community events, such as conversation nights, spelling bees, vocabulary or grammar games, quiz nights, movie discussions, book club discussions, or other fun activities that help people practice English in an engaging way.

I'm especially hoping to find a community that's supportive, welcoming, and low-drama, where people are respectful of one another and the focus is simply on learning and enjoying English together.

If you know of any Discord servers or communities that might be a good fit, I'd really appreciate your recommendations. ^_^

Thank you! :)

Looking for a Discord server where I can volunteer as an ESL teacher (NOT self-promo)

Hi everyone!

This might be an unusual question, but does anyone know of any Discord servers or online communities where I could volunteer to host ESL sessions?

I'm currently taking a health-related break from work, so I'm not looking for paid teaching opportunities. I just have a few free hours most days, and I'd love to use that time to help people practice English conversation.

Just to be clear, this isn't an advertisement, and I'm not looking for students or trying to promote myself. I'm simply hoping to find a community that could use an extra volunteer English conversation host or ESL teacher.

If you know of any Discord servers or language-learning communities where I could join as a volunteer, I'd really appreciate your suggestions. :)

Thanks in advance! ^_^
