I genuinely have been wondering about this for quite some time now.
While we have the possibility to chose:
When: 'Any Dungeon Boss spawns',
but not
When: You begin any Catacombs Floor/Master Mode Floor'

Its not an issue of any sort, but would be a big QoL not having to keep setting a new rule for each individual floor
