High heart rate during pregnancy

Im 8.5 weeks with my second baby, first child is currently 1yo. During first pregnancy, I went to the ER a few times in 2nd and 3rd trimester due to high heart rate. My heart rate would sometimes jump to 160 while sitting. I went to a cardiologist, had ECG, EKG, holtor monitor and everything came back inconclusive. This go around, im feeling the heart rate increase much earlier, im constantly out of breath with light walking/standing. When I do check my HR, it will be in the 130s with just standing. I lay down and try to get it under control but I have to chase a 1yo around, so its a bit difficult. With my HR constantly being so steadily high, I am absolutely exhausted.

To note- Blood pressure is typically on the lower to normal side. I dont regularly drink coffee or caffinated beverages. Overall stress level is normal.

Has anyone else experienced high heart rate during pregnancy? Any natural things you did to help lower it?
