Double board-certified means that she passed two board certification exams (duh). What it does *not* mean is that she has any significant experience with either specialty.

Most physicians work their whole lives healing physical ailments. This gal is **so** good, she can heal two different types of invisible, untraceable concern (pain), without ever doing anything but interview and prescribing pain pills.

This is a real example of the sort of fuckery that Charls rages about; he’s not entirely nuts.
