Started cycling 2 weeks ago. Cleared by doctor for sex. But now my hand is beginning to hurt like hell and I’m assuming it’s from cycling since the pump is so hard. Titan Classic here. Has anyone else experienced hand pain and if so what did you do about it? I’m fearful it’s arthritis.
