Belting and falsetto ability is on a pendulum

Vocal type: I’m 16 and I would consider myself a baritone. For reference, around the same as Julian Casablancas or Frank Ocean in timbre but with little less range. Darker than Thom Yorke. F4s are doable for me in chest but I need a warmup, and G4 is not possible with chest yet.

Predicament. I’m trying to sing Hallelujah a la Jeff Buckley which requires me to use both belting F4 and falsettoing F4 and I can do both independently at different times but I feel like when I’ve warmed up and I’m finally comfortable singing loudly, it becomes hard to transition to falsetto. As far as I’m concerned, I have good sleep and am well hydrated.

I’m fully ITB guitar wise (even though I have some amps) and I’m on a hybrid solution of Helix Native and Neural Amp Modeler for my guitar and bass effects. That being said I hate digging through IR libraries and scrolling through them like a slot machine so I’ve been using the Helix post-3.5 cab engine for my cab needs for both amps. I like the flexibility of the flexibility of the adjustable mic positions and I’m just wondering if there are possibly better sounding plugins out there, even if my guitar tones sound perfectly good already 😆😆😆
