Now that Luna is turning into simply a "Netflix for video games," I understand there shouldn't be any issue publishing the app on Android TV anymore. I think that before, because it functioned as a "store," it violated some of Google's restrictions, but now that it will simply be a service, I assume they will finally be able to publish the app on the Play Store.
