What would have made you turn down the job if you'd known it before accepting?

What do you wish you had known about an employer before accepting the job?

Not salary, benefits, or things you could have easily found online. I'm thinking about the things you usually don't learn until you're already inside the organization.

Maybe it was something about the culture, leadership, how people were treated, or something that happened during the interview process itself.

What did you learn too late that would have changed your decision to interview with or work for the company?

No need to name the employer.
