My temps are just hoovering above baseline, last night I was +.1 at 10 DPO. thoughts??

Uploading this for reference if it is helpful to anyone to see a line and HCG comparison. I am prone to miscarrying which is why the blood draw happened so soon. This ended in a chemical pregnancy.
