First time temping. Agree?

First time temping. Agree?

Hi everyone! This is my first time temping a cycle. 27F. Normal 28 day cycles. Had a pregnancy of unknown location in October (1st cycle trying) and have not seen a positive test since.

Is having the high temps in follicular phase normal? Do you all agree I ovulated? Or should I wait a few more days? My baseline was actually lower but FF changed it after logging temp this am.

ETA: Oura gave me a Major Signs alert when I woke up this am.

What does this rise in BBT mean?

Can someone explain my chart for me? I usually have a 12-13 day luteal phase and my temps usually downtrend until it falls below cover line and then I get my period when it either reaches or falls below that line. Today is 14dpo (or 12 bc I triggered the day after my LH started rising but not surged, and this crosshair is assuming I ovulated on the day of trigger) and still no period, and my BBT jumped up. It was my first letrozole/trigger cycle (I usually ovulate on my own but it was given to enhance ovulation). Is this normal? Did I mess up my my hormones?

I took a pregnancy test and it was negative so I’m definitely not pregnant. Just wondering what I can expect in terms to starting my next cycle….

I'm once again so confused

This is my chart and it looks like I CLEARLY ovulated on CD14. However, I went to get my ultrasound on CD16 and I had not ovulated at all. I am taking letrozole and I know temps are unreliable but in the last 2 cycles they were normal. I just don't understand the spike on CD14 and sustained elevated temps.

Maybe irrelevant but our cycle got cancelled because we had 3 mature follicles :(

Is it only me or anyone else also feels like BBT have too many rules :(

I didn't expect temping to feel like this ..very strict!! Every time I read about it there's another rule which I'm supposed to follow it's the same every day! Don't move , don't get up , don't even think about checking your phone first and the list is never ending:0..is there a more forgiving way to track ??

Wonky temps but here we are with BFP!

First cycle using OPKs, can't believe it worked. Wanted to show that temperature are all over the place and should not be the main concern :)

Temp drop reason for concern?

Im currently 4w4d pregnant. I’m going crazy over here thinking about my BBT dropping after a positive test. My last pregnancy was ectopic and ended with emergency surgery, so I’m incredibly nervous about any slight sign that something is wrong. Is this kind of temp drop normal?

Part of me thinks I ought to delete the app because staring at this data for 9 months is going to cause me anxiety.

Confused?

I am just confused at this point? Is my ovulation just off? I think I’m 14dpo and I still don’t have my period yet or any signs that it’s coming. My tests are all stark white I think. I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle. Can that delay things?

What day did I most likely ovulate based off temp alone?

I’ve sort of given up on opk testing. I got my ring a few months ago so wanted to try tracking strictly with skin temp. I’m guessing it was the 22nd based off my temp dip. That puts me at 13 DPO & I’m still testing negative. Any help or advice ☹️

Oura, NC, FF, Inito Ovulation

I am so confused if I actually ovulated or not. I am currently on CD 56, when typically I have regulated to 28 day cycles.

Where the temperature increases looks like potential ovulation (CD 28) and it’s when my Inito results showed a LH of 9.48 and a PdG increase to 8.79.

Last took two tests on CD 47 and both were negative.

Any insight would be amazing!

Question about fertility friend changing my ovulation day

Hi!! So based on my opk my peak day was 14? Now based on the my temps it recalculated this morning to say day 16? I’m so confused as I’ve been doing this for months and that has never happened. Do you guys think it was actually later than I thought or are my opks more reliable?
Thank you!

Advice please - Ovulation Chart

Myself (30F) and my husband (31M) have been trying for 7 months now with no luck. We have been using the easy@home ovulation tests and trying to conceive before ovulation occurs (usually occurring on CD16 with it peaking on CD15), on ovulation and after with no luck. I am testing 3 x a day after my period ends to find the surge and it seems to be consistent in terms of ovulation day. My peak has never been around 0.92 according to the Premom app which seems quite low compared to other posts I have seen.

I never have a chance to even get excited because my period happens before or on the day it is expected to come as per the Flo and Premom app. My cycle is usually 28-29 days long and it has been confirmed I am ovulating from two separate blood tests. We have also been trying both morning and night time during ovulation to increase our chances, sometimes twice a day but my husband now feels like it is becoming a chore (and I don’t blame him).

What am I doing wrong? Should we be trying something different ? Any advice people can offer ? It’s getting to the stage now where everytime I get my period I feel super down.

What do I do with this chart??

This is my first cycle temping. Everything looked good at first, had a slight dip before suspected ovulation then a nice rise which made it seem like I ovulated. FF initially had my ovulation day at CD13 them changed it to CD15. I think CD14 was most likely (it was the day after my OPK). Now as of this morning FF says "IDFK we don't have enough data to predict ovulation." But now my temperature has gone back down and stayed there for five days. And no period.

It seems like I should have gotten my period with the sustained dip, right? Because this indicates a drop in progesterone? But I haven't yet. I know I should test but I hate testing and I'm nervous to do it. Plus, it seems very unlikely that this chart indicates pregnancy since my temps dropped and never rose again, and they seem to be at the baseline they were in the beginning of my follicular phase.

Can charts like this mean a luteal phase defect or an anovulatory cycle? Can you get an anovulatory cycle even if your temp rises? It only stayed high a few days. Or am I just overthinking this and will probably get my period tomorrow? Just wish this was more straightforward. I have had irregular cycles since going off BC in November. I thought temping would help clear things up but I'm just getting more confused. Thanks to anyone who has insight, or even anyone who tells me to stop freaking the fuck out about it and relax.

Long luteal phase?

I have no clue what's going on with this cycle anymore. I tested on the 30th before a trip because I figured I'd like to know if it was positive, and it'd be pretty definitive if negative. Used a very sensitive test (10mlU/ml). Then went on with my life. Luteal phase is a very regular 12-13 days, so when I started spotting 12dpo I figured that was it. But the spotting was very light and went away. Still cramping and feeling like my period is imminent but TW:loss >!after a miscarriage in April!< I'm not sure I know my body anymore. Any chance I could've ovulated later than FF assumes? Or some other indication as to what might be going on? I'm building up the courage to test tomorrow morning with FMU, could only get my hands on a ClearBlue digital, which is not my preference, so I welcome any insights you may have while I wait this out...

u/Marina8414 — 3 days ago

Am I out this cycle? Negative first response test and brown spotting since 9dpo, but my temp this morning is higher than it's ever been.

TW: >!Loss!<

I'm really hoping this isn't a troll chart. I've never had brown spotting this early and it's 12dpo today and a negative today feels like I should count myself out. When I had a chemical pregnancy in March, I started spotting two days before getting my period. The negative from the first response is also making me think I'm definitely out. God I want it so bad though it's hard to give up hope completely. This is cycle 6 for us. Thanks to anyone that reads this. 🩷

Have I not ovulated yet?

I got my peak opk on cd12, and I would have thought my temp would have stayed up today, but it’s dipped again and I’m not so sure.. what do you think? Could the rise from cd11 have been, or have I not ovulated yet? Thank you for your help 😌

Temp dip 9dpo & surge on 10dpo.. still BFN

As the title says I had lots of cramping 8dpo (very unusual for me) and then my temp dropped that night. I was fully expecting a positive test this morning but unfortunately it’s still negative. Any positive stories of a negative 10dpo that turned positive? Our 4th month trying after my miscarriage, 10th month trying overall.

Trying not to spiral, bracing myself for the fallout 🥲😢

Two temp drops, not looking so good 😭. Yesterday I had my collection of 'day before AF' symptoms. I suspect she'll arrive within the next two days (short LP). Will keep praying and praying 🙏🏼
