App says to test tomorrow but didn't detect ovulation? Should I bother or is this annovulary?

I have PCOS so have experienced anovulary cycles for years. This time cycle I got a very good positive opk which I almost never get but my bbt didn't reflect ovulation.

Do you think there is a chance I could have ovulated?

So maybe no ovulation 😞

This is only my second cycle temping so part of me is hoping the app is still getting to know me but I'm also a bit burnt out being hopeful. I never usually get a positive opk so this month was a real surprise. My boobs hurt and I'm crampy and gassy but that could just be pms.

I dunno. Does this look annovulary to you?

Bad design

Can I just say how poorly designed the reproductive system is....

How come when I am ovulating (supposedly but who knows with PCOS) it is when I develop THE BIGGEST MOST UGLY PIMPLES

How is that conducive for attracting a mate?! Anyway... Luckily my husband has to think I'm attractive pimples or not.

Hahahaha

Is this looking promising

Only my second month tracking. Last month ovulation was detected on day 21.

Looking to the experts to help me understand what I should be looking for

Sad birthday

Today I turned 37. In December we would have been trying for 5 years. To top it all off I am a social worker who works in the child protection system. Literally every day I see people who get pregnant as easily as breathing and then do the most horrible things to children. I spent today just feeling awful. I don't want to go to work tomorrow

This is just a post expressing my feelings. I know I am lucky to live, I am lucky for so many things. I know I have painted families involved in child protection with a broad brush but right now I don't have room to be less black and white. I just wish this one thing wasn't in front of my mind

Starting another monitored cycle next cycle. Sending baby dust to you all

Trying to support partner with burnout

My partner and I are both neurodivergent, diagnosed recently in our mid 30s. This has been life changing for my partner who has ASD and ADHD and for the first time he has been able to continue with study and feel like he is doing well. He actually is doing so well (full marks on everything every semester).

It's at the end of the semester and in terms breaks that everything just falls apart. He is clearly burnt out from the rush at the end of the term to finish assignments but it can go on for weeks. Then he beats himself up about it, feeling depressed and frustrated that he can't shake this burnout cloud. He becomes very anxious and I do what I can to help but it feels like I'm just waiting out the clock until the terms starts again.

If anyone goes through this or has any suggestions I would love some ideas because comfort and empathy are only going so far.

Medication appreciation post

Started on 3 new meds today and thought my TTC PCOS pals would relate as most of them are for conception. Below is my list of daily meds.

- 3 Prozac pills (for my OCD)

- 4 adhd pills (which I will have to stop once I'm pregnant)

- 1x vitamin E

- 1 x Coq10

- 1 iron tablet

- 1000mg Metformin

- 1 x folate

- 1 probiotic (to help with the iron tablet side effects)

- 1 pill for thyroid (which I can't take at the same time of any of these !)

I'm sure here are other people in this group with more but I think I would rattle if I jump up and down 🤣

I have been TTC for 4 years and went trough a round over ovulation stimulation. Turns out he Dr missed so much. I had a negative interaction with one of the nurses at the clinic so took a break and started again this month. The previous dr was gone so I had to see a new one..TURNS OUT ONLY 2 TAMPONS IN 24 HOURS IS A LIGHT PERIOD and not normal, I have now been booked in for a hycosy, started on Metformin and had a bunch of tests organised.

I'm so angry that this first doctor just assumed my periods were normal despite having pcos. They just asked me, are they normal and I said yes because I didn't know they were light. It's how they have been all my life.

So back at square one, worried I wasted eggs ovulating when there was nothing for them to land in. I'm 36 and feel like I have a ticking clock
