just out of curiosity. sims 4 is generally a pretty unplayable game for me because im so used to the detail and vibe of sims 3, but there are still some features I see in the game that make me jealous. i love the cooking and baking options with all the appliances and I wish we had something like that. also i love the snowy world you can vacation to in 4.

edit: ALSO IM SO JEALOUS OF THE SPA PACK. getting nails painted and stuff. i love pretending in 3 getting nails done at the spa but the nails look the same.

Hello, I was wondering if it’s better to get the sims 3 + the collection on steam for 200 dollars or is there a download someplace? Or which is the better option?

i think many of us had different ideas for the game but their embodiments in the form of mods (or as a way of their implementation) were simply absent. do you have something like that?
i’ll start with myself: i very often think about a mod that would allow an interactive window to pop up every hour during work which either improves or worsens the working position. perhaps there are mods somewhere that speed up the appearance of interactives but the options from ea seem too superficial and at the same time rare cases... also it would be more interesting if these cases were closely related to the career chosen from the sim so😭😭 can’t wait for your ideas!

kinda curious, but what is your typical new save routine? mine involves tweaking my nrass settings and stuff. ive kinda been wanting to explore adding more lots like a playground for toddlers and kids or a winery or resort. maybe even a dog/cat park. if you add lots for every save, what do you add?

So. . . . . My first gen couple had 5 unplanned babies lol 😅

Mom already had a baby girl with another sim before marrying and moving in with the dad. The dad is . . .unfortunate looking so I gave him the fertility treatment so I can get options for an heir/heiress lol. They had boy/girl twins and a single boy. Cool. I pick the girl twin as heiress and life keeps going. The girl is now a young adult and the other 3 are teenagers. Cool.

Then love day happened.

I honestly don't pay attention to holidays that much. That afternoon I caught the parents making out in the living room and the husband autonomously wanted to risky woohoo his wife. I canceled the option and went on my day. I wasn't paying attention and CAUGHT THEM MID RISKY WOOHOO 2 HOURS LATER. (I blame the house layout because it's kinda long and I have to keep scrolling sideways and their bedroom is all the way at the end 😂😂😂). Wifey gets knocked up. Oh well, I was irked but we could swing it 🤷‍♀️. Wifey is a week from being an elder and the dad just became an elder.

4 days later. . .

I CAUGHT THEM MID AUTONOMOUS RISKY WOOHOO AGAIN. . . . . I DIDN'T HEAR ANY BABY CHIMES BECAUSE I WAS LIKE SHE IS TOO OLD TO GET KNOCKED UP.????? I basically gaslit myself before she popped her belly lololol.

SHE HAD 3GIRL/1BOY QUADS!!!!! Somehow they learned their skills and I started to move the older kids out. By the time the quads became teens their dad was been dead, so I moved them out with their older oops young adult brother.

I NEVER WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN 😩 I've never had 9 kids in my house before. You know those older kids were taking care of their baby siblings 😅😅. I felt so guilty and had to take my meds to lock in loll.
