Sorry for my bad english and lack of knowledge on the correct terminology!

I'm an adult female, in my 20's and I was born with a heart condition called Atrial septal defect, where the septal (?) was missing almost completely. It was fixed with a surgery when I was 10 years old. I have to get yearly check ups where they use the ultrasound machine on me.

Something I'm curious about is why do they use the machine also on my abdomen area and lower stomach? It always feels uncomfortable, and I wonder why do they have to do it? Can they actually see the heart from that point of view? Does it just give them a different angle?

Are there any MMORPG style videogames where all the characters are basically fully ran by AI and you're able to have conversations with them and kind of build your own story?

I feel like my sims barely talk to each other? It feels so empty, I feel like this used to not be a problem in the past, but now they barely ever talk unless I make them. Like overall socializing with people even outside of the family. Are there any mods to increase this?

I have made my household larger than 8 sims with MCCC but since adopting a dog I've wanted to change its personality traits, but I don't understand how. I can't access CAS through the normal cheat route so that it doesn't reduce the family down to eight sims again, but if I access the CAS through MCCC it only lets me change the dog's looks and outfit, but not the personality. How do I change it?

My sim lives on a farm and her dog gets dirty SO often and I'm finding it tedious to give it a bath so often. Are there any mods that could make it happen less frequently or any mods that could help with cleaning the dogs?
