Whether it's them aging up on their birthdays or getting married or getting old. I feel so emotional over them, like they're my children. Especially on this generational run where the roots run deep, even many irl years. I don't know if it's also because I play with the time slowed down with Relativity and their age spans on long settings that I get so emotionally invested with them. I've lost count on how often I've shed a tear during this game lol.

Heres what I've done so far! The house is still unfinished, so theres a lack of clutter. I think this is one of my favourite things to do. I love adding the tiniest details, like the contents of their bedside tables changing according to season: there might be a candle during winter or a pair of sunglasses in the summer. (Also someone teach me how to take higher quality pics of my game)

My sweet farmer's daughter grew from being a preteen into a teen and instantly died her hair blue. She sticks out like a sore thumb from the rest of her family :') yet she is still the same horse-loving kind girl, just a little more angsty!

If you've tweaked the duration of pregnancies, how long did you make them last? For some reason I LOVE when my sims are pregnant, it's such a fascinating and sweet time. I love to make them prepare for the new baby, so I've set my pregnancies to last for 7 days, honestly thinking of making them longer lol. Heres my current sim, expecting her third ^^
