Which world would be best in your opinion for a bunch of studio Ghibli inspired houses?

For example, I want to put down the house from Ponyo somewhere, as well as My Neighbor Totoro. I would prefer to do it all in the same world. Right now I'm leaning towards Mt. Komorebi or Tomarang.

Would love to know your thoughts :)

Okay, so someone made a post not too long ago about which townie made the best looking kids, and my answer was Lou Howell, because Lou Howell forever, but... someone named Salim Benali. I thought, yeah, okay, sure, but then I saw his kids, and now I'm a believer... Just look at these two beauties!

Long story short, I created this whole save with Lou having a whole family, grandparents on both sides, parents, aunts, uncles, siblings, cousins, and so on. In my made-up story, he was an outcast and disgraced prince for being a thief, who then dies young and is reborn into the family. (I just wanted to play as Lou from infancy.) The woman pictured is one of his aunts on his maternal side. She randomly married Salim, and these were their kids. She's pictured last.

Does anyone else like mentally struggle with CC?

I am really annoying myself with this, and yet I can't resign myself to an answer. I play primarily vanilla. I use mods, but CC-wise have very few pieces--a few pack conversions and a couple of hair fixes. Every several months, I go through a phase of thinking I'll incorporate new stuff, downloading a lot of amazing CC, playing around in CAS, and then...just deleting it all. I don't know what my problem is, but it's like...I get itchy having CC.

Today, I'm doing it again. I have Scarlet here who just aged up and I didn't like the hairs available to her. Downloaded nearly 1gb of amazing stuff from QICC and SheaButtyr. Spent hours and two sessions trying it all on, mixing and matching....and then just using a game hair anyway! And I want to rip out this folder of CC, too, AGAIN. I know I can easily just not use it. It doesn't negatively affect anything. But it inexplicably bothers me having in my game. WHY?!

I’m usually so good at furnishing but I have no clue what to put in this area😭 ideas would be greatly appreciated!

This is a house I got off the gallery and it came unfurnished, I liked it for the storyline I’m playing as a “moving in” thing, but I genuinely have no clue what to put here aside from possibly making it a sort of storage room of sorts

Amanita Muscaria Sim

Beneath the trees where cool moss grows,

A scarlet cap through autumn glows.

With ivory skin and amber eyes,

She wears the woods in soft disguise.

White specks bloom bright across her crown,

Like warning stars the leaves cast down.

Too strange for gardens, wild for men-

A forest thing time grew again.

Nina Caliente woo-hoo’d Eleanor Elderberry to death

She was unsuccessful at seducing Grim into sparing Eleanor, but was successful in moving in with and immediately breaking up the Pancakes and two days later got Thorne Bailey to leave Olivia. Legend.

I thought they fixed 150 bugs...

Honestly, without these glitches the game wouldn't be as charming and fun.

Strangerville Is Weirdly Pretty

I've been replaying the story pack that they gave us and I must say that the world, when looked at in a positive light, is weirdly pretty to see. Beauty in chaos and all that. I don't often interact with the super wacky side of the Sims 4, but this is making me rethink my stance on the occult and the funny things the game offers you. It almost kind of makes me miss the earlier days of the Sims 4. Anyway enjoy a few of my slightly edited pictures of strangerville.

Bridgerton game play: Love & Tragedy part one

Dearest gentle reader,

As the members of our esteemed ton sojourn in the countryside this winter, it appears that our regularly scheduled expansion pack drop ennui is forestalled. For this is as much a tale of love and woe, as one may say befitting of Juliet and Romeo. The tea is hot, it is ready to spill, and I hope it will find you in very good spirits, dear reader.

So, without further ado:
Under her mother's watchful eye, rebellious and moody Lady Hyacinth is successfully presented to her royal majesty Queen Charlotte.

As preparation for Lady Hyacinth's season in town, Violet plans to invite the sequestering ton to a winter masquerade ball. She also hopes to find a suitor for her unwed wild child, Lady Eloise. Lady Eloise however, simply does not care. During the ball the Bridgerton siblings dance, meeting mysterious nobles. Lady Danbury and Queen Charlotte are both in a surprisingly pleasant mood this evening, possibly thanks to Lady Eloise's genius plot to spike the punch.

During the ball, Daphne confides in her mother about her marital problems. It turns our her beloved husband Simon, Duke of Hastings, hates children. Like a lot. We'll come back to that.

The next day, Lady Sofia, of the noble house of Abrantes, comes to visit to thank Violet for inviting her to the truly wonderful ball. She brings along her mother, dragon-woman Ermelinda, and her much beleaguered & divorced, but still really hot, older brother Thiago. Eloise is asked - yelled at - to come down and meet their guests. Their eyes lock. Eloise and Thiago are in love.

On the way to the first meeting of their courtship, Eloise decides to walk. As the cruel hand of fate would have it, a snap snowstorm begins. The paths in the countryside are very long. Eloise tragically freezes to death. The family grieves her deeply, especially her mother Violet. The quiet cold of winter has robbed them of joy and brought ice to their noble hearts.

But, dear reader, I will leave you with this; where one life ends, another begins - and it blooms where you may least expect.

Sincerely,
Lady Simmerdown
