Who else loves long lifespan?

I tried it once and will never go back! I love having more time with my sims, kids, and pets. I feel like I can enjoy more aspects of the game when life slows down for them. And when I finally switch over to their kids as adults, I’m more attached to the overall family and world. I have tried to play regular now and it feels way too fast. Curious as to how many others only play long lifespan?

Does the shoe stay this preachy? I’m on S19.

SORRY I MEANT SHOW IM ON MY PHONE !

Just watched the episode Info Wars and it really pissed me off. The past like 2 seasons have been so annoyingly preachy and it feels like the show is really trying to push an agenda. It “coincidentally” kind of starts when a certain president was elected in 2016. While I’m not a big fan of the guy, I am right-leaning. With that, I loved how the early show was so progressive! They handled sensitive issues and injustices really well. In Info Wars, the Young Republicans group at the college is automatically labeled “white supremacists, Nazis, and wanna-be KKK members” by Carisi. This has been happening every few episodes, whether it be a religious or political theme. And I’m not denying that some of those people are crazy, it just feels very overinflated and like it’s only been people with my views. I can’t remember the exact episode, but it was the one where the guy raped a girl from his youth group to cure her of her lesbian-ness. OBVIOUSLY I think this is crazy and wrong, but the whole episode was littered with comments about God that I personally think were maybe a little disrespectful.

I am one of those people that thinks that while political views are very important, they shouldn’t mean you should hate whoever you’re talking to for them. Given that, if you disagree with my political views that is fine, I don’t want to have this post turn into an argument.

TLDR: Does the show stay having a preachy very left leaning one every few episodes? If so, I’ll just continue to skip them and go along with my watch through.

All love and please no spoilers 🤍🤍

I really like Lake on the SVU team

At first I was pretty sad that Munch was being essentially replaced, but I think Lake has been a really good addition to the team. Just started S9 and I like him with Fin and Liv. Idk what it is about him but I think his personality fits in well with the team.

What did yall think of him when he came on? I think he has a lot of potential as a character. Sorry if this random but I just want to talk about SVU !!

Will I miss anything if I skip the S8 Beck and Stabler Eps?

I’m really not a fan of Beck. I miss Olivia a lot, she’s my goat and the episodes without her are always less enjoyable for me. I love Elliot, but Olivia plays a massive role in why I love him, I don’t like watching them separated. If they are, I need Olivia! Could someone maybe sum up those few episodes? Thanks!

I also just realized I think I made her nose/face too long. Any tips?
