How to keep burn dressing in place on stomach
24 y/o woman here, not currently on meds. I'm on day 3 of having a burn on my left side of my stomach. I spilled a cup of boiling hot water on myself and now I have a spot of raw skin about the size of a coin, I think it's 2nd degree (immediately after I got it there was yellowish fluid leaking out) but there's no blister. So I've been trying to take care of it, keeping it clean, putting Neosporin on it and covering it with a nonstick pad and medical tape.
The problem is, I guess I move quite a bit in my sleep, because I've woken up twice now with some of the tape peeling off and part of the dressing no longer secured to my skin. Sometimes it sticks to my shirt, no matter if it's loose or snug. Can I prevent this? Or should I just use something else like a big flexible bandaid? I read that those can re-open the wound though and I don't want that to happen.

Hear me out. They have a weird amount in common:
- Both are the younger twin sisters
- Both are the opposite of their twins in some way (Dina has the inverse of Nina's personality, Lilith and Angela are goth vs. prep)
- Their family albums show their parents spending time with the other twin and leaving them out as children
- Same amount of neat points
- High interest in toys and sci-fi, could also chat about travel and food

If you play Lilith Pleasant into adulthood, do you make her have kids?
Usually, my gameplay is typical: fall in love → get married → have kids → repeat with next generation.
Thing is, though, I haven't decided if Lilith would be a "my parents suck, I'm not passing that on" person or a "my parents suck, I'll be better than them" person. I feel like she could go either way. What do you think?
