Vanilla PC; no cc/mods

The brothers were twins. One brother had triplets. The other brother had twins. I’m tired of babies. 😂

I want it to look like the grass on the empty lot, but when I bulldoze terrain it gets so dark and I can't find the correct shade of green, it doesn't look like it's supposed to look like

Yesterday I opened The Sims 4 to play, but my internet was really bad. When I launched the game, it said that most of my expansion packs weren’t installed and needed to be downloaded again.
I played anyway, and half of my townies were basically naked because all their clothes from those packs were gone. A lot of them also died from freezing during winter.
I panicked and saved the game because I’d already made a new Sim and didn’t want to lose her.
Today I opened the game again, and they’re still all naked. I really don’t want to go through every Sim and give them their outfits back.
This system is honestly so frustrating. I don’t remember this ever happening in previous years where the game would just act like my packs were gone.
Is there any way to fix this? By the way, I play on console. :(

I’m literally having the time of my life playing with them. Wish there was a current and up to date k-pop idol mod 😭
