I've been told Big Smoke was the leader of the Grove Street Gang

Is it true that Big Smoke was the top dog of the Grove Street Gang? Years ago I had asked my friend who was the leader of the gang and he said it was Big Smoke. I can't shake that out of my head. Years later, whenever I play the game I look at Big Smoke as being the person that calls the shot and not sweet.

Ryder always meant to be a traitor actually makes his already-badly written betrayal even WORSE

It's already been debunked that MC Eiht, Ryder's voice actor, was actually cool with R* via Twitter posts and interview about his character. So therefore, the rumors of him having disputes with R* should been put to rest now. Ryder was always meant to be a traitor since the very beginning, and guess what? That actually makes his betrayal even WORSE!

Because the writers had all the free time to flesh out Ryder's characters, give him lucid motivation, and give him a cool battle like they did all of that with Big Smoke. But instead, they relegated Ryder to a massively unimportant minion who is barely even mentioned, killed him off in an anticlimactic manner similar to a random vigilante target, and even contrived an Ass Pull of having Cesar out of nowhere telling CJ that Ryder tried to bang Kendl, with no hints or even elaboration on Cesar's part. Not to mention Sweet doesn't even know Ryder betrayed him or even acknowledges his existence once he is free from prison, as if he never even met a person named Ryder in his life. It makes his badly written betrayal look 10 times worse. A shame they just turned him into such an unimportant character all of a sudden.

I am so tired of seeing his sub on my home page only to realize it’s just AI photos reaching the top way too often. I don’t get how we can enjoy this game for what it is if we’re just reacting to AI images
