oh... really...? nothing? not noticing ANYTHING in particular?

context: if you use either lumpinou's rpo or pandasama's childbirth mod (i'm honestly unsure which one it is lol) and a sim gets pregnant, before they find out or do the test, they can look at themselves in the mirror after a few hours and usually it says something along the lines of "[sim] looks kinda bloated... could they be pregnant?". but apparently sometimes they don't notice anything. even if i do lmao

first time actually being proud of what i built!

i'm doing the march of time challenge and i just entered the 1850s. i'm unsure on how well i did historically to this specific time period, but i'm really happy with how it turned out anyway!! i usually don't really build, because i never know what to do with all this empty space that i end up with, i've never been too good with clutter and deco lol but this time i wanted to step out of my comfort zone of just getting houses from the gallery, because no house on the gallery was good enough for me, so i had to do it myself lol

i still need to work on my landscaping, but either way, i'm happy with the little house! well, except for the office maybe, cuz there's maybe three pieces of furniture in there lol if anyone has any ideas on how to make it look better, please let me know!!

and here's a post of the heir and his wife!

so happy to have the quoi flair here!!

i've been struggling with who i am and what i identify as. for the longest time i've identified as different things (panaro, ace and others), then i was just unlabeled for the longest time. finally, a few weeks ago, my friend intoduced me to the concept of quoiromantic/sexual/gender and i think this is it. i'm also wondering if i'm cupio, but at least i finally feel i belong to a label. and don't get me wrong, there's obviously nothing wrong with being unlabeled, i myself didn't mind it, but then identifying with something feels kind of liberating anyway haha

just found this sub and when i almost teared up when seeing the quoisexual/romantic flair, i think i can safely say that it *is* the one. let me hear you, quoiromantics and qouisexuals!! <3

teacup causing ocular trauma?

i know the title might sound a little weird, but the context:

so i have twins in one of my stories (it's a fantasy/steampunk universe, inspired mostly by the mid to late 1800s, so medicine is probably on a similar level, since healer wizards are not that much more advanced). i want one of them to be blind in one eye, but i've been struggling to think of something that would cause that blindness.

the thing with them is that one is a wizard, the other one is not. the human twin is very jealous of the wizard. so i wanted for the human to snap at some point. it wouldn't be necessarily brutal on purpose, it would be more of a "oh my gods, what have i done?" kind of moment.

but i struggled to figure out how they would even get there. then i got the idea that the human could throw something made out of glass or porcelain at the wizard in anger and accidentaly it hit him in the face, right in the eye or at least close enough to damage it. i read a bit about john sutton, who lost the eyesight in one of his eyes after being shot, and about a guy who had a spoon lodged in his eye after a bomb made out of them exploded ("The spoons were being used to fill in the shell with explosive mixtures.") so i thought "yeah, anything's possible i guess".

but the thing is, even if the teacup was thrown at the wizard's face and it shattered, would it be possible the throw was strong enough to make the porcelain lodge in his eye, causing him to lose sight in this eye? would a 15-year-old, even an extremely angry one, be strong enough to achieve this, especially from a distance of the other side of the room? because a spoon launching at you from an explosion or a bullet are definitely stronger than a throw.

it's obviously a wip, so nothing is set in stone or anything, i just wanted to come on here and ask, since i've done this a few times and you guys have always been able to help me even if the questions seem dumb lol. thank you in advance for you answers and if you have any alternatives or need something additional cleared up, let me know!

i keep relapsing

i don't know, i just found this subteddit and thought that i kinda wanna share my thoughts, even if it's just into the void.

i've been clean for a month now but every now and then i'm still reminded of how good it felt in the moment, i guess. yesterday i relapsed again. oh well. i'm usually a "scratcher" let's say, i've been that way since 6th grade. i'd scratch my left hand or arm but it's been so long since i actually scratched myself so bad it left a mark, that most of my scars already faded (except for the biggest one that's still visible).

but a year ago i "discovered" another way to feel the pain and yet not feel as bad as before after scratching and i started biting the skin on my knuckles. and that's how i relapsed yesterday.

i've been so stressed, i don't think i've ever been so stressed in my life. my first ever summer exam session in uni is coming up and i have never had so many things i needed to know and pass. and to help with this stress, i've been biting my knuckles again. it mostly hurts only in the moment and it's not very visible, which is always good for me. i've never cared about the long-term pain, just short-term to release the stress or whatever was bothering me when harming myself.

i don't really know why i'm even writing this. like i said, to yell into the void i guess. i've been doing so good and now i feel both calmer and worse with myself. and i was doing so good with my self esteem too.

i really want to talk to someone. but talking to my friends is embarrassing, if i were to ever talk about it (unlikely), i would not take it seriously one bit and would joke about it, making everyone more uncomfortable. talking to my parents? never. after my mom told me she'd send me to the "looney bin" when i was like 14, i would never talk to her about it again. she's changed very much, it's been over 6 years after all, she got sober and knows what it's like tk struggle with mental health herself now but i just know she would look at me in that specific way if i ever said anything like that. and if she reacted positively, i wouldn't want to worry her. damned if i do, damned if i don't kinda situation lol

i wish i could talk to a psychologist or any professional. not only because of self harm, but also just because, since i'm pretty sure i'm autistic and/or have adhd and i just need to know. but they're just so damn expensive and inaccessible and i don't have a job and we have enough money struggles and i don't think i'd be able to ull off uni and a job at the same time, not in this mental state.

i just wanna be notice but don't want that at the same time, because it's so so so embarrassing. i don't know what i want. there's a lump in my throat and i just want to rip it out and i don't know what else. i want to bite and scratch and cut myself but i also don't. i don't know.

Finnish Tangled and The Princess and the Frog?

Hello! So I'm a beginner when it comes to learning Finnish and my favourite way to learn languages is by watching cartoons in that language. While I managed to find Miraculous and a few Disney Princesses movies on Disney+ and My Little Pony (although MLP has no Finnish subtitles sadly) on Netflix, there's unfortunately no Finnish dub or even sub of my two favourite disney princesses movies, Tangled and The Princess and the Frog. Is there anywhere on the internet (preferably free, I'm already subscribed to too many streaming services lol) I can watch these two movies with at least the Finnish dub? Thank you all in advance!
