Anyone else a little too obsessed with organizing their CAS?

Recently, I've been downloading a LOT of CC, and as my collection kept growing, finding what I wanted in CAS started becoming a bit of a headache. That's when I discovered CAS organizer mods.

There are already so many great CAS organizers out there, but I thought having large, easy-to-spot icons separating each category would make things even easier. So I ended up making my own!

It currently supports 48 categories. If you own certain expansion packs, some EA items may appear before the icons because of EA's default sorting, but this doesn't affect the sorting of your CC.

I created all of the icons myself in Adobe Illustrator. After using the organizer in my own game, I found it genuinely helpful, so I thought I'd share it in case anyone else finds it useful too!

I also shared it with a few friends overseas, and they told me the icons were intuitive and easy to understand regardless of language, which made me pretty proud. 😎

Oh, and the fact that this organizer has only encouraged me to download even MORE CC is a secret. 🤫

Anyone else really into toddler gameplay? 🐸

I’ve played The Sims for almost 4,500 hours, but toddlers were always more for looking cute than actually playing with. I’d never really given toddler gameplay a proper try. But after seeing other people’s posts about their toddlers, I started getting curious and finally decided to give it a shot recently.

And it’s way more fun than I expected! I honestly regret not trying it sooner. 😂 The difficulty definitely went up quite a bit, but there’s something so comforting about watching the family interact with each other or just seeing the toddlers waddle around.

Then, apparently that still wasn’t enough for me, because I wanted to make them even cuter and ended up making my first toddler face overlay too. I tried to keep it natural and make sure it didn’t stray too far from the vanilla style. How does it look? I’ve been really happy with it so far! 😏

I’m still pretty new to actually playing with toddlers, so I’m curious: how do you all like to play with them? I’d love to hear any fun gameplay ideas you have!

What made you stop and go “WHAT?” in your game?

Just another peaceful day in The Sims.

Then this married couple suddenly started fighting.

Nothing unusual there... or so I thought.

First, she started floating in the air, getting into some very... questionable positions.

I was already a little confused. 🌀

Then it was his turn.

And somehow, the whole thing started looking less and less like a fight.

At this point, I honestly didn't know what I was watching anymore... 🫣

And after all that...

They just hugged like nothing happened.

Leaving their very confused player behind, they apparently worked things out just fine. 😭

Please tell me I'm not the only one who's had a moment like this. ☠️

SIMWAY Is Back for September! 🍂

Hi again! I’m back with SIMWAY for September.✌️

This month’s theme is “True Colors,” with Ollie Mark on the cover. With fall just around the corner, I put together some new looks and tried a few fun new ideas along the way.

For the main story, I wanted to explore some of the questions that can come with growing up, like figuring out who you are and how you want to express yourself. I tried to tell that story through Ollie without giving it one simple answer.

Thank you so much to everyone who shared great ideas with me last time. Your suggestions made this one even more fun to create, and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed making it!

I’m Korean, so if you spot any awkward English, please forgive me. 😅

Thanks for reading! 🥹💛

What does your Ollie look like? 👀

Hey guys! Do you know Ollie Mark from Nordhaven?

Despite their colorful hair, Ollie tends to get overlooked by players,

and they’re not exactly a fan favorite either. 😅

But that gave me a fun idea.

What if I tried to find the Ollie somewhere between

who other people expect them to be and who they actually are?

So instead of changing them into one or the other, I made a little story about finding the version of

Ollie that feels most natural somewhere in between.

And somewhere along the way, I ended up making a whole new makeup set for them too.

First, I covered up all of their original colors with completely different ones.

Failed. ☠️

Then I went too far in the opposite direction and exaggerated the colors they already had.

Failed again. ☠️

But after both attempts, I finally found a version that felt like Ollie —

without erasing what made them unique or letting those things define everything about them.

After the shoot, I also made a little after-party scene where they go back to hang out with

their friends, and tied it into the makeup release.

(If you’re interested, you can find the full story through the social links on my profile.

The makeup set is there too, and everything is free!)

Anyway, what I really want to know is this: What does your Ollie look like?

Did you completely reinvent them?

Did you keep their signature features and work around them?

Or... did you just give up on them? 😂

I’d genuinely love to see how everyone else sees Ollie.

Tell me all about yours in the comments! 😉

My Sims 4 Project for Korea’s Liberation Day ✨

Have you heard of Korea’s Liberation Day? It may be unfamiliar to many of you. August 15 marks Korea’s liberation from Japanese colonial rule in 1945.

This year, I decided to make my own little Sims 4 project for the occasion. Nothing too grand—I simply wanted to commemorate the day in a game I love. 😁

For the project, I created a short story about a family rebuilding their street with Hangul shop signs after liberation, along with signs and posters inspired by 1940s Korea, and even a full lot using them.

While researching old photographs, I was fascinated by how different Korean streets looked back then. Modern computer fonts couldn’t quite capture the hand-painted look of the old signs, so I ended up drawing some of the lettering myself. Since the project was based on history, I also spent a lot of time researching references to keep the details as accurate as I could.

What started as a small idea somehow turned into a much bigger project than I expected. 😂 Although I made these for Liberation Day, I think they could also work well for anyone who wants to build an old-fashioned Korean street or shopping district.

I’m especially curious how these designs look to people who aren’t familiar with Hangul or Korean culture. This is actually my first time making CC, so I’d love to hear what you think! And if you have any ideas for something I could make next, I’d love to hear those too. 🔥

Everything I made for this project—the CC and the lot—is available for free. If you’re interested, you can find it through my profile.

It's Cat Day! I Made Some Famous Cats 😸😻😽

Hi! It's a beautiful day.

The sun is setting where I live, but I guess it's rising where you live.

Apparently, today is International Cat Day.

So I recreated some famous cat characters from anime and animation.

From left to right, there's Chi from Chi's Sweet Home, Garfield, Luna from Sailor Moon,

Daijin from Suzume, and Nyanko-sensei from Natsume's Book of Friends.

Can you recognize them all?

Making animals was a lot harder than I expected.

But I'm pretty happy with them considering it's my first time, so I wanted to share them with you.

They're still a little imperfect, but I worked hard on every bit of fur,

carefully drawing it in the direction it grows.

Which one is your favorite? 🐾

I built Ghost Valley Lodge! (No CC)

"A secluded mountain retreat hiding a terrible secret beneath its floorboards. Once feared as the home of restless spirits, the truth was far more horrifying than the legends ever claimed."

Hi everyone!

Following yesterday's post, I was honestly surprised by how much attention it received. Thank you all so much for your kind comments and support.

Since quite a few people seemed interested, I decided to share the lot featured in my Sims 4 story series. This build appears in an episode of The Paranormal Club called Ghost Valley Lodge.

This lot wasn't originally built with gameplay in mind, so it may not be perfect. I hope you'll understand.

Lot Information

  • World : Granite Falls 🏕️
  • Lot : Campground
  • Gallery ID : XOOX_kr
  • Rental Cost : Around 830 Simoleons per night

Layout

  • Basement & First Floor : Caretaker's Quarters
  • Second & Third Floors : Guest Rooms

For more details, simply follow the red map markers placed throughout the lot.

I hope you enjoy exploring Ghost Valley Lodge! 😜

I Made My Own Sims Magazine. What Do You Think?

Hi! I'm Korean, so I hope you don't mind my English. 😊

I've recently been creating Sims stories on my personal blog, and one of those stories involved publishing a magazine. Instead of just writing about it, I decided to actually design one—and it turned out to be a really fun project. This issue's theme is "The Most Radiant Woman." Before making it, I held a community vote to choose the cover model, and Supriya Delgato was selected because many readers felt that her selfless sacrifices as a mother best represented the theme.

I wanted to share it here because I'd love to connect with more Sims players from around the world. All of the summer outfits in this magazine were created with NO CC, and I hope you enjoy them!

I also create Sims horror stories, but each episode usually includes around 30–40 screenshots, so Reddit isn't the easiest place to share them. 😅

One quick question: I'm still learning Reddit, so I'm not completely sure about the rules. Would it be okay to share my personal blog if anyone is interested? It's completely non-commercial and simply a place where I archive my Sims stories.

Thanks for taking a look! I'd love to hear what you think.
