I can’t do pec flies?

Genuinely I know this sounds hilariously stupid, but I’ve been going to the gym 5-6 days a week for months and STILL can’t seem to get a pec fly set done properly. It must be my form but I cannot for the life of me figure out what I’m doing wrong. Every time I try, even on the absolute lowest weight (and I’m not that weak either), it feels as though my shoulders, particularly the right one, are going to pop out of place? I’ve tried both a regular pec deck and the specific pec fly stabilised machine; both result in the same thing. Any tips? I am hypermobile if that has anything to do with it but surely I should be able to do at least a set? Lol.

I weight restored around January this year - and was dealing with very increased hunger signals. This was deadass THE worst time of my life and I hated every second of it, I was just always hungry… all the time. About a month or so ago suddenly my hunger tanked; I felt sick all the time and couldn’t stomach anything. After a couple of weeks it got a bit better and I could eat relatively normally. Now, once again, I literally cannot stomach anything. Breakfast makes me retch, lunch makes me feel ill, and dinner does too. Today I barely managed half of an already small lunch; way to nauseous to eat dinner so just gave up. How on earth do I get some apetite back? I know a lot of people will probably suggest smoothies/drinks but they make me feel worse because I’m so sensitive to textures and things that thick drinks straight up give me the ick lol. Mindset is absolutely spiralling because suddenly “i don’t need to eat” and I don’t want to end up right back at the start again. Any help or suggestions would be so appreciated 🧡
