Just wanted to share my set up! I workout in our bedroom and found this rack on Amazon that stores all my dumbbells and bumper plates. It fits perfectly in the corner of our closet! ☺️ My bench folds up as well!
Coming up on 2 years with Caroline this week!! I started EPIC on a whim, and haven’t stopped since. Never in my life have I completed a program, but I’ve done 10 of hers and now doing the new Fuel series, which I’m loving!!! Stick to it ladies!!! Consistency is key. There’s no magic formula or weight you gotta lift, just show up everyday for yourself.
After getting our first GP a little over 2 years ago, we have fallen in love with the breed and have added another member to the pack!
