I’m a new dyer, mostly following the incredibly helpful Chemknits Tutorials on YouTube. This was my first attempt at a variegated yarn and my first time messing with depth of shade. I am pretty pleased with how it came out! I’ll definitely use less water in the basin when putting complementary colors next to each other to cut down on the muddying effect next time. My inspo was one of my favorite daylilies (Mystic Rainbow), and it’s intended to be a sock set to gift to my mom and aunt who are both into knitting and daylilies.
