I had a guy build me a fountain, sometimes the dirt above the buried wires smoke, it goes dry every two or three days and my neighbor told me to be careful touching it because the electronics aren’t grounded. Here is a picture of the junction box and wires. Do you think this work looks unprofessional or odd or even dangerous? Oh the little junction box doesn’t close either. Thanks!
