Fraudulent rent payments in my Bilt Account

I have my bilt routing number only connected to ONE rent portal (KPLN holdings) and have been using it fine for the past 2 years. My rent processes in the beginning of the month. However, this Month, it authorized 3 separate charges (one from my usual rent portal, but the other two is unknown), and I have been in contact with bilt about it. My rent portal app only shows the first charge earlier this month. I have no idea how this happened... and it is really frustrating that I can only contact the support team through DMs/chats. Please check your accounts periodically to avoid situations like this.

They now sent me an email early this morning (I think its an automatic email unrelated to what I contacted them on) saying that I would be charged a 50 dollar return fee and the rent amount will be charged to my credit card if I don't have sufficient funds in my bank account for them to pull in 24hrs. I have no idea how I can cancel this charge without this penality.
